My previous work experience has laid the foundation for my future work.  After working for such a long time, I met many different people, each of them also has his own different style and things he wants.  Being able to cooperate and satisfy them is actually a very meaningful thing.  Of course, I have encountered failures, but each failure also brought me to reflect and change myself, becoming a more useful self.
